Consumer 1 Year Warranty

Clean Clip Solutions Ltd. (“Clean Clip”) hereby warrants, subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, this product against defects in materials and workmanship during the specific warranty period.  In the event of defect of material or workmanship during the specified warranty period, Clean Clip will repair the same, effecting all necessary parts replacements with either new or refurbished parts or replace the entire device.

The warranty period is as follows:

Labour and Parts: ONE year from the date of original purchase at retail.

Unauthorized Modification, Repair, Abuse, Etc.:

The limited warranty is void if (i) the unit has been previously altered, modified, installed or mounted for commercial use, or repaired or serviced by anyone other than the service facilities authorized by Clean Clip to render such services, (ii) cartridges other than Clean Clip branded cartridges have been used in the Clean Clip, (iii) the unit has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse or operated contrary to the instructions contained in the Owner’s Manual.

Commercial Use or Rental:

This product is not intended for commercial use or rental.  Should this unit be used at any time for commercial purposes or as a rental unit, the limited warranty period for parts and labour shall be 90 days from the date of original purchase at retail.  The opinion of Clean Clip with respect to this matter shall be final.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not extend to broken or damaged cartridges, USB cables or parts wearing out due to normal wear and tear.  

The limited warranty only covers the hardware components packaged with the product.  It does not cover technical assistance for hardware whether or not contained in the product.  

Delivery

The unit must be received at one of our Clean Clip service facilities prior to a replacement device being shipped in either its original packaging or similar package affording an equal degree of protection and with instructions indicating a location to which the unit may be returned.  If shipped to the service facility, the repaired or replaced unit will be returned to customer freight prepaid.  All accessories that included with the unit must be listed individually on the packing slip for the shipping destination.  Defective accessories should be shipped to Clean Clip as a separate repair item.  Clean Clip shall have no liability whatsoever for loss and damage in transit of items shipped to service facilities.  Any parts replaced under this limited warranty will become part of the property of Clean Clip.

Proof of Purchase

This limited warranty applies to the product from the original date of purchase at retail.  The owner must furnish proof of original purchase at retail.

Subject Products:

This limited warranty is applicable to the following Clean Clip products, and may also be applicable to other Clean Clip products if enclosed in the products original packaging.

Clean Clip portable Sanitizer Device (standard)

Clean Clip portable Sanitizer Device – MOLLE 

Clean Clip portable Sanitizer Device – Velcro

Except to the extent prohibited be applicable law, all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, whether arising by law, by statute, by course of dealing with usage of trade, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed, under no circumstances shall Clean Clip be liable for any amount greater than the actual purchase price of the unit or for any special, incidental or consequential damages sustained in connection with said unit and Clean Clip neither assumes for authorizes any representative or persons to assume for it any obligation or liability other than such as is expressly set forth herein.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties and conditions.
